Casa Hemeroscopium.

Casa de concreto llamada Hemeroscopium, pertenece a dos arquitectos: Antón García Abril y Debora Mesa de d'Ensamble Studio.
Esta brillante pieza de arquitectura se encuentra a 20 kms de Madrid y ha sido construida sobre una asociación de vigas de hormigón y hierro, con paredes de cristal. Es un edificio impresionante, que rompe las barreras entre el interior y al aire libre. Para el griego, Hemeroscopium es el lugar donde el sol se pone. Una alusión a un lugar que existe sólo en nuestra mente, en nuestros sentidos, que es siempre cambiante y mutable, pero sin embargo es real. Está delimitado por las referencias del horizonte, por los límites físicos, que se define por la luz, y sucede en el tiempo.

This brilliant piece of architecture is located 20 kms from Madrid and has been built on an association of concrete and iron beams with glass walls. It is an impressive building that breaks the barriers between indoors and outdoors. For the Greek, Hemeroscopium is the place where the sun sets. An allusion to a place that exists only in our mind, in our senses, that is ever-changing and mutable, but is nonetheless real. It is delimited by the references of the horizon, by the physical limits, defined by light, and it happens in time.
